Your Safe, with bank details.
Give a multisig its own coordinates for dollar payments. Wires arrive as USDC, payments out arrive as dollars, and every signer still signs.
Bank details for a Safe
Each Safe gets payment instructions a bank can pay: the numbers a vendor, customer or investor wires to. Hand them out like any account number. Nobody paying you needs to know a Safe is on the other end.
Wires in, USDC out
A US dollar wire lands against those instructions, converts, and settles into the Safe as USDC. No exchange account, no manual conversion, no second transfer.
Paying a bank from the Safe
The reverse works too. Propose a payment to a bank account, the Safe sends USDC or USDT, and the recipient receives dollars.
Which Safes
Safes on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum and Avalanche can take bank details. Safes on Optimism and Hyperliquid run day to day in Multisig Manager.

Receiving needs no signature. Sending from the Safe still needs its signers.
Do the signers still decide?
Yes.
Receiving needs no signature. Every payment out needs the Safe's own signing threshold, and on top of that, whatever approval rules you set in the workspace. The software proposes transactions; it cannot move funds from a Safe without its signers.
